Default [RO] Reguli sectiune /

    2. Opinii, sugestii si raspunsuri la subiect, argumentate in discutiile deschise despre un anumit tracker;

    3.

As the discussions in this section became in most cases offensive, I see myself bound to point out what you are allowed and NOT to post in this forum section.
The T.RO forum is intended to be a neutral meeting place for the people involved in the torrents phenomena and not a battlefield or a plce for insulting the others.
We have to learn to help each other and put aside our vanity in the virtue of the development and improvement of the filesharing community.

What are you allowed to post

    1. Announcements about opening/ testing new trackers ONLY HERE: Trackere noi - TORRENTs.RO
These announcements are free, because this is what this section is all about, no matter how small or big is the respective tracker. It is recommended that the announcements should respect the proper grammar and orthography of the language in which are composed (preferably Romanian).

    2. Opinions, sugestions and answers about the discussed tracker, well argumentated.

    3. Problems that users have on trackers.

What you are NOT allowed to post

    1. Answers only for the sake of writing something and to prove yourself a "guru" in this domain (comments like “why did you opened a tracker, aren’t there so many? ...you should shoot yourself.” or “another worthless tracker”)
No matter how old or experimented you might be, it is unnaceptable to denigrate any attempt to open a new tracker.
If you are such a smart ass and omniscient, then help out!

Don’t forget that every start is hard and no tracker was born with “n” thousands of users, torrents and peers. The natural selection of the virtual world will ultimately decide if the respective tracker has a chance of living or not, considering its means to fight the competition, which will only bring improvements.

    2. Torrents theft accusations and/or “inspiration” from other places, the place of these kind of discussion being in the Bash Zone section. Before you post anything like this also read: Who owns the .torrents ?

    3. Comments referring to the grammar correctness of what is being posted by another user are useless. I am convinced that everyone, in a moment of hurry can have slight glitches, and mainly in the internet environment, we have to admit that these grammar rules are frequently broken. Even the general rules of the forum recommends grammar correctness, but in vain.

Indeed, there are some flagrant mistakes, till posts as in the genre of the foretime SMS’s in which you would try to tell a story, being limited at 160 characters. Who respects himself, takes care of what he writes to be ok, otherwise, it really doesn't worth the time to draw attention over these aspects to people who don't even care about it and won't pay any attention on your observations.

    4. Flames related to trackers, their staff and other users who post here, also comments like “X” tracker “is the best” or “is the lamest.”

Referring to the soft soap or your personal disputes, I don’t think that there are any other user interested in them, so please express them privately or in any other place besides here. As it is in the human nature to resort to something like this, this is NOT a trackers scoreboard.

Still, if someone indeed wishes to have a discussion referring to the quality of the tracker, this can be done with arguments and quality content, which can led to constructive ideas, improvement and not in flaming or creation of hatefulness and quarrel.

The post will be deleted and the one in cause will be warned, even banned considering the severity of the posts or the the relapses.

    5. The place for requesting/offering invites is not on this section. Please try: Bursa de Invitatii (Invitations Exchange), but reading at first the rules of the respective section.

Referring the policy of T.RO concerning the posting of the URL’s on the forum, please read the thread:http://forum.torrents.ro/jurnal-de-b...ng-policy.html T.RO URL Posting Policy[/URL]

These conduit rules are also valid for the T.RO staff members who engage in the discussions of a topic, even more if they are a part of other trackers' staff.
